Return Policy

Returns for exchange, store credit or refund must be received within seven calendar days after delivery of products to domestic retail customers under the following conditions:

All returned items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

After the seven day period described above, no returns are allowed.

Returns are not accepted on any special order, custom order items or articles of clothing.

Items that you ordered but did not receive from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.

There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items where you fail to accept either an exchange or a store credit.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Customer Support prior to return.
All return shipments without a valid RMA number will be refused and customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

All product exchanges, store credits or refunds are subject to our inspection and determination of condition of returned item(s).

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Returned items received by us that were damaged in transit will not be eligible for exchange, credit or refund.
Customer assumes all responsibility to secure full and adequate insurance when returning items to us.

Customers must contact Customer Support immediately If items are received damaged or incorrectly shipped by us.
Items damaged in shipping are excluded from this Return Policy and must be processed through insurance claims of the shipping carrier.
